Previous Dublin City Social Enterprise Local Winners
We support the awards programmes and competitions that aim to increase awareness of the important contribution that social enterprise makes to building communities, creating employment and developing the skills of the participants who get involved. Every year since the inception of the Dublin City Social Enterprise awards, Dublin South City Partnership, have encouraged and supported local social enterprises to apply for these awards as a starting point, or even for a second time with a new project. Change Clothes Crumlin
Change Clothes Crumlin is building a creative social community of clothes swappers, borrowers, upcyclers, menders, and like-minded people and is inclusive to everyone. Mary had the idea, worked on a feasibility and her idea and then just started small, with pop-up clothes swaps as well as building her profile speaking at circular and sustainable events. ……..
Café No44
Cafe No44 is a community cafe based in the New Dolphin Park. Open for breakfast from 8am to 11.30am, lunch is served from 11.30 to 2pm.Serving delicious healthy home cooked food to have in their stunning cafe, or to takeaway.
The cafe also caters for meals and wheels for the local area. For the coffee lovers our coffee is from Dublin8 coffee company is imbibe.
Outside catering is also available cafe no44 can do sandwich and breakfast pastry platters…..
