Fitness Coaching

I have worked many different jobs and also found myself unemployed. I have always been interested in fitness and helping people so I put the two together and bet on myself. I paid to attend the best academy for PTs in Ireland. I am currently providing online fitness coaching and in person fitness classes to clients.

DSCP have been unbelievable. The amount of courses, support and knowledge I have gained is something that I never would have gotten doing it completely on my own. I will always highly value the support I have gotten and the support I continue to get. I can always reach out via email or phone if I have a query and they are so helpful.

There are no stupid questions. Ask as many questions as you can to people who are more knowledgeable than you. If it is in reference to marketing,tax,paperwork,legal info, tools etc you will gather so much info this way. Doing it all on your own is like an unclimbable mountain. Also take a gamble on yourself. Don’t be afraid to put yourself in slightly uncomfortable positions cause these are what makes you grow and continue to evolve.
