I have worked for an Irish company for 3 and half years.
When the company decided to move into the doughnuts trend I decided to leave. At this pint I decided to look for permission to develop an idea for a business.

Finding the premises was the biggest challenge no so many places and high rent. After searching for a bit I found the unit in monkstown. The pub that was operating there was leasing a unit. I proposed my concept to them and they accepted me. This where the real work starts, but with patience and perseverance I  have now been opened for over 5 years and just renewed my lease for another term.

Dublin south city partnership gave excellent guidance for someone who want to become an business entrepreneur. I suggest new entrepreneurs to go through the process as it might answer unknown questions regarding various aspects of the process of opening a new business.

Believe in your idea without outside influence. Don’t follow the trend, have patience and work hard.
