Sinead Ryan has stayed focused on her vision despite numerous barriers she has encountered since establishing Little Fitness. Little Fitness works with pre-schools, creches, Montessori, and after-school programs and predominantly wants to ensure they can offer classes to families experiencing homelessness. Classes are interactive, fun, and educational and allow the children to build social, emotional & language skills while working on physical movements. Sinead is calm and level-headed and keeps taking leaps of faith as she thinks about the kids and the families she is trying to help and the life-changing possibilities the sessions can offer to families. Sinead believes fitness, physical activities, and all sports can bring about a positive experience for everyone involved. Being part of an activity can bring about positive changes in mindset, well-being, engagement in work and social connections, It can also allow you to be your best self and bring communities together, which in Ireland we need now more than ever.
