The Sustainable Life School

This dynamic duo found each other through their shared passion for sustainability and a firm belief in their ability to effect positive change for future generations. They are united by the conviction that small, cumulative actions can lead to transformative and impactful outcomes. Nathalie brings a wealth of experience in Communications and Sustainability to the table. Previously serving as Digital Marketing & Communications Manager for Business in the Community Ireland, she spearheaded low-carbon and social inclusion campaigns for major Irish brands. With a background in global communications and brand consultancies, Nathalie’s international perspective enriches her work. Recently, she completed a Diploma in Innovation for Sustainability from UCD and was awarded the Climate Ambassador Outstanding Achievements Award by An Taisce in 2021 for her climate actions.

Diane, Nathalie’s sustainability counterpart, is a multifaceted individual with qualifications as a drama facilitator, artist, and proficient Zero Waste educator. As a Taisce Climate Ambassador, Diane channels her passion for the environment and the arts to foster connections through creativity, inclusivity, and a down to earth nonsense approach. Her involvement in Tallaght Youth Theatre and the National Association for Youth Drama reflects her dedication to empowering young minds. Additionally, she has contributed her skills to the Edible Landscape Project, further demonstrating her commitment to sustainable practices.

Together, Nathalie and Diane coalesce their expertise and enthusiasm to lead The Sustainable Life School, an initiative recognised as a proud 2023/2024 SDG Champion under the auspices of the Government of Ireland. Through their collaborative efforts, they champion sustainable development goals and inspire others to join the movement toward a more environmentally conscious future.
